What Items Can be Returned?
- All items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date
- Returned items must be unused and in the condition they were received
- Apparel including shirts, sweatshirts, hats, and beanies cannot be returned if washed
- All items should be returned in the original packaging if all item(s) are to be returned
- If only some items of the original order are to be returned, smaller packaging may be used to reduce shipping costs and unnecessary waste
- All items should arrive in a condition that allows the item(s) to be resold
How to Return an Item?
- Email or call with your order number and confirm the items ordered and which item(s) you wish to return
- Provide a reason why the item(s) is being returned (e.g., wrong size, damaged, etc.)
- After the request is processed information will be provided with shipping guidelines to return your item(s)
- A refund will be provided to the payment method used for the original purchase except for shipping charges and any shipping insurance, if applicable
How to Exchange an Item?
- Email or call with your order number and confirm the items ordered and which item(s) you wish to return
- Provide a reason why the item is being exchanged (e.g., wrong size, damaged, etc.)
- After the exchange is processed information will be provided with shipping guidelines to return your item(s)
- Your original order will be refunded except for shipping charges and any shipping insurance, if applicable
- Place a new order with the free shipping code provided to receive your new item(s)
When will I Get My Refund?
- Returned item(s) will be inspected and if item(s) meet the return criteria outlined above, a refund will be processed within 5 days
- Refunds will include the cost of the item(s) returned not including original and return shipping charges and any shipping insurance, if applicable
