What Items Can be Returned?

All items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date
Returned items must be unused and in the condition they were received
Apparel including shirts, sweatshirts, hats, and beanies cannot be returned if washed
All items should be returned in the original packaging if all item(s) are to be returned
If only some items of the original order are to be returned, smaller packaging may be used to reduce shipping costs and unnecessary waste
All items should arrive in a condition that allows the item(s) to be resold

How to Return an Item?

Email or call with your order number and confirm the items ordered and which item(s) you wish to return
Provide a reason why the item(s) is being returned (e.g., wrong size, damaged, etc.)
After the request is processed information will be provided with shipping guidelines to return your item(s)
A refund will be provided to the payment method used for the original purchase except for shipping charges and any shipping insurance, if applicable

Returned item(s) will be inspected and if item(s) meet the return criteria outlined above, a refund will be processed within 5 days
Refunds will include the cost of the item(s) returned not including original and return shipping charges and any shipping insurance, if applicable
