What Items Can be Returned?

  • All items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date
  • Returned items must be unused and in the condition they were received
  • Apparel including shirts, sweatshirts, hats, and beanies cannot be returned if washed
  • All items should be returned in the original packaging if all item(s) are to be returned
  • If only some items of the original order are to be returned, smaller packaging may be used to reduce shipping costs and unnecessary waste
  • All items should arrive in a condition that allows the item(s) to be resold

 

How to Return an Item?

  • Email or call with your order number and confirm the items ordered and which item(s) you wish to return
  • Provide a reason why the item(s) is being returned (e.g., wrong size, damaged, etc.)
  • After the request is processed information will be provided with shipping guidelines to return your item(s)
  • A refund will be provided to the payment method used for the original purchase except for shipping charges and any shipping insurance, if applicable

 

How to Exchange an Item?

  • Email or call with your order number and confirm the items ordered and which item(s) you wish to return
  • Provide a reason why the item is being exchanged (e.g., wrong size, damaged, etc.)
  • After the exchange is processed information will be provided with shipping guidelines to return your item(s)
  • Your original order will be refunded except for shipping charges and any shipping insurance, if applicable
  • Place a new order with the free shipping code provided to receive your new item(s)

 

When will I Get My Refund?

  • Returned item(s) will be inspected and if item(s) meet the return criteria outlined above, a refund will be processed within 5 days
  • Refunds will include the cost of the item(s) returned not including original and return shipping charges and any shipping insurance, if applicable
